My Introduction
Hi,
this is my first entry. I'll start out by telling you a little about
myself. I like to write and am in the process of writing a book on
Spiritual Healing. I've been working on it for many years. It is close
to completion. My journey to finding Spiritual Healing is far from
over; it will no doubt be a life-long process.
I have a passion for politics and love my country and have been, proudly, a part of many protests during the Viet Nam era, but I haven't stopped there. I am still politically active as I can see no other way to be, with our country screaming for leadership.
I periodically do speaking engagements at local high schools and colleges trying with the same passion to instill into others the great need for one to realize that they do have a choice and it is not only their right to vote, it is their responsibility as citizens of this great country.
I have been on a crusade helping others to understand the importance of "Net Neutrality" as some believe it is a myth. That is far from the truth. Congress has decided that they would like to take control back...of the Internet. I believe that this Congress along with it's President already has enough control and has been leading us astray.
There is a site which I will link to where you can sign a petition to "Save the Internet" as strength in numbers is still our only chance. We have to fight the good fights.....
I look forward to meeting like-minded people to share my interests with.

Be warned - there are many a war monger lurking about who will try and reduce everything you write into left vs. right.(but most of them are cool)
If I can ever be of help let me know. It's a pretty simple blog once you get the hang of it.

I'm used to 'battling with the right' and that's OK, I'm all for "agreeing to disagree", but with respect. I look forward to it.
